FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ordering

All orders will be shipped on the same day if payment is received by 9:00am PST (Monday-Friday). If payment is not made by our cut off time it will ship the next day.

Orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost, arriving in 1-3 business days.

*Purolator Next Day shipping arrives within 24-48 hours*

All products are final sale, there are no returns or exchanges.

 

*If you believe that you have a defective product please contact customer support at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please keep all packaging as photos will be required.

The Quad Father is not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect shipping address. Shipping labels are printed with exact details that the client provides. Please verify your address is correct when placing an order.

If your tracking number does not reflect an updated delivery status after 7 business days from your expected delivery date, please let us know. Contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help look into it further.

Payment

1. Log into your bank online and visit the E-Transfer section. .
2. Add our email and exact total price with taxes as seen on your invoice.
3. Submit the transfer.
4. We will provide you with the secret word into the transfer for security. The secret word will be generated for you after check out. Please read the instructions at the bottom of the page after you check out.
5.  You will receive your shipment after the E-Transfer has been processed.

When you place your order, its status will be ‘On-Hold’. Once we receive the payment, it will change to ‘Processing’. After it has been shipped, it will be marked as ‘Completed’.

Shipping

Orders $150+ are eligible for free Canada Post Express Shipping.
Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate fee of $20 for Xpresspost shipping.
We also offer Purolator Express (1 Day) shipping service for an additional $40.

To ensure the secure & safe delivery of your order, all packages are shipped with the “Signature Required” option. If you wish to remove this option, you may request it in the notes section of your order. 

*Please note that requesting “NO SIGNATURE” may complicate any refund process for a package marked as delivered but not received.
